The Hilton Arlington renovation called for something most guests would never consciously notice — and that was exactly the point. Jaguar Hospitality Services specified custom reception desk lamps and lobby console table lamps that needed to feel like they'd always been there, quietly anchoring the space without competing with the architecture.
Renaissance built the desk lamps with a brushed dark bronze finish and linen drum shades, engineered to sit low enough for front desk staff to maintain eye contact with arriving guests while still casting warm, inviting light across the check-in counter. The console table lamps followed a complementary silhouette — taller, with a slightly wider shade throw to fill the lobby's seating alcoves.
Both fixtures were designed for hospitality durability: weighted bases, hardwired options for theft prevention, and shades that could be replaced without specialized tools. The kind of thoughtful engineering that disappears into the background of a well-run hotel.
