Architectural Panels

Custom screens, dividers, and decorative panels — laser-cut metal, mixed materials, and wood-iron designs. Built to spec in our Roanoke, Virginia facility.

How a Custom Panel Project Works

Every project moves through the same six stages. Most run from spec to install in 8-12 weeks; complex commissions take longer.

  1. 1

    Discovery & Spec

Send your design package, sketches, or inspiration. We discuss application (booth, wall, divider), site dimensions, sightline goals, and acoustic needs.

  2. 2

    Pattern & Materials

Choose a pattern from our library or fully custom. Select materials (aluminum, steel, brass, wood, COM) and finish — 200+ powder coat colors, patinas, brushed metal, faux finishes.

  3. 3

    Engineering

CAD shop drawings, structural review, mounting hardware design. Panels are sized for the install — up to 48" x 96" each, joined seamlessly for larger spans.

  4. 4

    Sample Approval

We produce a finished sample — full pattern fidelity, real finish, real material — for your sign-off before the production run.

  5. 5

    Fabrication

Laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and full assembly in our 75,000 sq ft Virginia facility. QC at every stage.

  6. 6

    Delivery & Install

Custom crated, white-glove shipped. Panels arrive pre-assembled with mounting hardware. Install support available for complex specs.
