The Hotel at Arundel Preserve sits at the center of a master-planned mixed-use community between Baltimore and BWI — an independent boutique property that trades on feeling different from the national chains around it. The lighting program had to carry that boutique sensibility through lobby, lounges, restaurant, and guest corridors simultaneously.
Renaissance engineered every fixture for hospitality durability while honoring the refined silhouettes the design team specified. CAD iteration happened in days, not weeks; sample finishes shipped to the design team on request. The full program — decorative pendants, signature chandeliers, reading lamps, and sconces — was fabricated and finished under one roof in Roanoke.
What reads on the floor is a hotel that feels curated, not specified. Guests register the lighting without noticing it — usually the tell of a program that got it right.

Every fixture on this project was engineered, fabricated, and hand-finished in our 75,000 sq ft Roanoke, Virginia workshop — from in-house CAD through powder coat and final inspection. Fifteen years of hospitality craft, one shop, one point of accountability.
